Consider the venue: Consider the specific layout and dimensions of the venue when arranging chairs. This will ensure that the seating arrangement is practical and evenly distributed.

Determine Quantity: The number of chairs per row should follow these guidelines:

Short row method: If there are aisles on both sides, limit the number of seats to no more than 22. If there is only one aisle, limit the number of seats to no more than 11.

Long row method: If there are aisles on both sides, limit the number of seats to no more than 50. If there is only one aisle, the number of seats is limited to 25.

Leave appropriate row spacing: The row spacing of auditorium chairs should meet the following standards:

Short row method: keep row spacing 80-90 cm. If the seats are on a stepped floor, increase the spacing accordingly. The horizontal distance from the back of a chair to the front of the row of chairs behind it should be at least 30 cm.

Long row method: keep row spacing 100-110 cm. If the seats are on a stepped floor, increase the spacing accordingly. The horizontal distance from the back of a chair to the front of the row of chairs behind it should be at least 50 cm. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your auditorium chair arrangement not only looks great, but also complies with relevant safety regulations for public spaces.
